I don’t know about you, but I like to be told what to do to get what I want by someone who has done it.

I’ve created ‘The Ladder’ as a simple path to getting the most pleasurable life possible based on my life experience.

It allows you to harness your emotions and thoughts as tools instead of being dominated by them.

It helps you to find quiet and peace inside so you can focus on what you truly want.

It begins with the self-empathy meditation. I recommend it for 3 months and reporting about your experiences.

It also includes prayer.

After that point, it can get more customized.
