Emotional Healing

It’s hard to get a clear picture about what we mean when we talk about emotional healing.

  1. It’s having our emotions and feelings serve us instead of hinder us.
  2. It’s about having emotions and feelings serve our relationships and getting our needs met.

Many of us come out of childhood as emotional cripples. We have a lot of work to do to get into relaxed interaction with others.

I have one primary method that I use for healing emotionally and spiritually. That is the Self-Empathy Meditation. It works.

In addition, I recommend journaling, the meditations from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, and study of texts we find sacred for integration into our lives.

It sounds simple, but emotional healing is a tremendous journey.
